Populations & Treatments
With a background in health psychology and experience in a variety of medical clinic settings, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different walks of life. Currently, I focus on working with older adolescents and adults.
My training includes a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I’ve pursued ongoing specialized training in both modalities to deepen and expand my skills. Over time, I’ve also incorporated mindfulness practices, including elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), into my work.
I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy—there’s no one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll tailor your treatment to best support your unique goals, values, and strengths.

Conditions Treated
As a health psychologist, I’m passionate about treating the whole person—body and mind. For 15 years, I’ve worked in both primary care and specialty medical settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of conditions and concerns. I’ve especially enjoyed helping people manage anxiety, panic, depression, grief, illness, insomnia, and stress. My background in health psychology has also enabled me to assist those coping with cancer, diabetes, IBS, chronic pain and other medical issues. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health, and I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
My training and early career deeply emphasized the importance of valuing and respecting individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, belief systems, family structures, and ways of moving through the world. I view cultural humility and competence as a lifelong learning process—one that requires ongoing reflection, education, and growth.
I am committed to creating a safe, warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where all clients feel seen, heard, and supported. It’s an honor to walk alongside each person in their journey, and I strive to meet them with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
